Reiki has enlivened wonderful opportunities for healing within me

I am so grateful to have brought Reiki into my life … a decision that opened up a whole new world for me.
I am so delighted that I have found the courage, empowerment and trust to persist and consciously align with Reiki and my personal healing journey.

Without the energetic connections that Reiki Healing has, and continues to awaken within me, my recent experiences through the Outback to visit Uluru and Alice Springs would have been very different.

I embraced the land, the colours, the aromas, the textures, the sky, the warmth of the Sun, the brilliance of the stars. I  undertook the journey choosing to consciously enliven my senses.
It was wonderful to Simply Be with all of my senses and embrace my intuition and guidance.

I have returned with a new Mantra  for myself.
Embracing the Mantra is one of the key gifts of my trip. 
I LOVE IT!!!    
The Mantra is …   Simply Be

I have heard this Mantra, and variations of it many, many times in the past.
Yes, I have heard it previously… the difference for me this time is that I now feel it!!

I’m feeling it, breathing it, connecting with it,
allowing it and embracing it.
AND NOW …
I find I am living each day with a deeper sense of peace and acceptance

 I feel transformation
I feel renewal
I feel illumination
I feel empowerment
I feel inspiration
I feel grace
I feel love
 … may they continue to unfold with ease
… may my life continue to flow with ease

 I stood in stillness  of sunrise and sunset on the Outback and allowed myself to
Simply Be
It was awe inspiring to truly bathe in the
beauty and brilliance
of each moment.

My Pledge to Myself

When I became aligned with Reiki,  it became very clear to me that my personal healing was  making a  huge affirming impact on the way I saw myself and lived my life. 

I made the pledge to myself that I would do any thing that was necessary for me to heal. This pledge remains my quest and my gift to myself.

There is no doubt that my life now flows with a deeper sense of ease and grace.  
I am not immune to the challenges within life.
My life continues to have its Ebbs and Flows. I experience Joy and Delight, Sadness and Grief, Fear and Uncertainty, Happiness and Contentment. Through it all I continue to embrace my Reiki Healing opportunities … and my connection with love and life unfolds.

My journey through the Outback to Uluru and Alice Springs  was another wonderful gift that my pledge to myself has given me.

I now embrace life and healing
as an exciting, challenging and wonder-filled  journey
