Universal Life-Force Energy supports change with greater ease

I have been reflecting on the amazing opportunities that life brings for us.

Before Reiki came into my life I seemed to just go about my life from day to day. Sure, from time to time I had goals but so often the journey seemed meaningless. I had read quite a few books about personal growth. they lead me to look at different approaches to spirituality and personal growth but never quite felt satisfied.

The approach that Reiki gave me was simple – by choosing to connect with Universal Life-Force energy on a regular basis, my life could have more health, focus, harmony and meaning.

And it is working for me. Reiki has had an enormous positive impact in my life.

And, I am in the fortunate position of seeing great change and growth in the lives of those who also choose to heal with Reiki.

Healing is a very interesting process. Sure it is not always easy but it is worth it. Belief systems that I have held about myself and how I fit into the world have been challenged. And now, I am so grateful that they have been challenged and reassessed.

I am in a continuous process of allowing a wider view of life to unfold before me. With this wider view I am feeling a greater sense of purpose, trust, love, acceptance and peace.

For change to happen there must be change.

Change is something that we resist, despite the fact that it is constantly in our lives. Every day every living thing on Earth changes. We all grow and change in some way. Change is inevitable. It is our attitude to the change that determines how peaceful or otherwise our life unfolds.

I am so grateful that I accepted the opportunity to learn Reiki and that one day at a time. I am willing to continue my Reiki journey of healing and learn to embrace change.

I have come to believe that everyone who is attracted to Reiki has brought into their lives an opportunity that is unique to them. It seems that a common outcome for those who continue to heal with Reiki, is to live a more harmonious, healthy, focused and meaningful life.
